About Handmade Items
All items in our store are handmade one by one.
We do our best to make each piece match the photos as closely as possible, but slight variations or small handmade marks may occur due to the nature of handcrafting.
These are not defects, but part of the unique charm of a handmade item.

Returns and Exchanges
As this is a made-to-order custom product, returns and exchanges are not accepted in principle.
Please make sure you understand the nature of handmade items before placing your order.
In the rare case that a return must be handled for a special reason, a 40% fee will be deducted to cover labor and material costs already incurred.

Production and Shipping
Production time is generally around 7 days after the order is placed.
After shipment from China, delivery usually takes around 2 weeks, though the exact time may vary depending on the destination.

Unboxing Advice
To help confirm whether any damage occurred during shipping, we recommend recording a continuous video from the start to the end of the unboxing process.
If you receive a product with any issue, please contact us as soon as possible with the full unboxing video.

できる限り写真に近い仕上がりを心がけておりますが、ハンドメイドの特性上、わずかな個体差や手作業ならではの痕跡が生じる場合があります。
これらは不良ではなく、手作り作品ならではの魅力としてご理解いただけますと幸いです。

返品・交換について
本商品は受注制作のカスタム商品であるため、原則として返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ご注文前にハンドメイド作品の特性をご理解のうえ、お買い求めください。
万が一、特別な事情により返品対応が必要な場合は、すでに発生した人件費・材料費として 40% を差し引かせていただきます。

制作・配送について
制作期間は、ご注文後およそ 7日程度 を予定しております。
発送後は中国からのお届けとなり、通常は 約2週間前後 で到着しますが、地域によって前後する場合がございます。

開封時のお願い
輸送中の破損確認のため、開封の最初から最後まで連続した動画の撮影をおすすめしております。
商品に問題があった場合は、できるだけ早く開封動画を添えてご連絡ください。
